Unter dem Haus ist der Keller und darunter ist noch mehr Beton, damit wir nicht den Hang
hinunterschlittern.... Under the house there is the basement and under that there is even more concrete
still to keep us from sliding down the hill.......
Zuerst muss Nachbar's Haus unterfangen werden, immer
schoen in Scheibchen damit der Rest haelt. Some of the
concrete had to go under the neighbor's house, slice by
slice to keep the rest in place.
Ein Stueck wird ausgehoehlt, vollbetoniert, dann kommt
das naechste Stueck. One slice is being hollowed out,
filled with concrete and then on the the next slice.

Die Fischers
Diese Saeulen sollen das Haus fest verankern.

Dann wird
auf die
Saeulen
ein Gitter
aus
Betonbalke
n gebaut.

Als naechstes ist der Abwasserkanal und
Schacht dran. Next is the wastewater line into

Danach wird mit

aufgefuellt und  
 der Kellerbo-
den betoniert.

Die Kellerwaende stehen und auch die Decken
sind drauf, jetzt muss nur noch der Beton
gegossen werden. The basment walls are up
and the ceilings are on top, now it is ready for
the liquid concrete

Der Keller ist in einem halben Tag aufgestellt.

So sehen die
Waende aus, sie
sind innen noch
hohl weil sie nach
dem Aufstellen
noch mit Beton
ausgegossen
werden. This is
what the walls
look like at first,
they are hollow  
because concrete
will be poured
inside once
they're all up.
